The certificate of approval is prepared and issued to the applicant in accordance with Form No. 8 as defined in Article 9 of the Regulations for Machine Regulations (Type Certificate of Type Approval).
The certificate will be accompanied by a separate sheet if the content does not fit in the form.
The certificate shown in the table below is attached to the certificate, and constitutes the entire acceptance document.
