Confidentiality

Based on the relevant laws or regulations, the employees of TIIS is imposed confidentiality obligations and responsibilities regarding confidential information that they learned in terms of duties. This is the same even after the employee has retired.

Therefore, our staff will not disclose confidential information to the public or third parties without obtaining permission from the source. However, confidential information concerning verification work may be provided to the relevant administrative authority within the scope of the instructions or order given by supervisory administrative authorities.

Our officials must submit a pledge to the managing director to this confidentiality obligation.
