Delivery of TIIS Certificate – The Technology Institution of Industrial Safety

We will inform you about the sending of certificates such as certificates that will be sent from the National Certification Department.

Please check if the delivery method is different from the conventional one.

Please note that documents issued by the National Certification Division to applicants can not be sent by ordinary courier services etc. as they correspond to letters.
The documents corresponding to the letter are as follows.

Example of documents corresponding to letter sent from Testing and Examination Department

・ Pass certificate (new certification, renewal certification, change of description items), notice of rejection, result of industrial product test
・ Receiving / confirmed (pressing the reception desk etc.) applicants refusal documents

Example: Various applications, witness test schedule confirmation, witness test results, summary book of production inspection equipment, etc.

-Receipt
・ Information from our association staff such as proofreader

If you wish to send the above documents (hereinafter referred to as pass certificates etc.) directly instead of taking them back, please be aware that we will send them in one of the following ways.

How to send a certificate etc.

-Cash on delivery by flight leg specific letter mail service (Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.)
Letter Pack Plus (Japan Post Co., Ltd.) ^{* 1}

* 1: The letter pack light can not be used because it is not a face-to-face delivery.

However, if you wish for Letter Pack Plus, you will need to send Letter Pack Plus to our association in advance.

In addition, please note that you can not send a certificate etc. in the following cases.

Examples where you can not send a certificate of acceptance

・ Delivery method that can not handle letters

Example: Various courier services (Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, etc.), Yu-pack, Yu-mail etc. (Japan Post)

・ Sending by letter (first class mail) ^{* 2}

* 2: However, applicant applicant documents, receipts, and information from our association can be sent as letters (letter pack light is acceptable) as before. Indicate the address in advance, and send an envelope (in the case of letters) or a letter pack light with a stamp attached.

・ With shipping method that can not handle letter paper, it is sent with the sample and shipped
-Sending by prepayment
