２．Procedure of application for certification
Applications will be accepted at the headquarters of our association (Sayama City). Any of the following methods is fine, but for the first time, we recommend that you come directly.
Ａ．How to file an application at the headquarters
Method to submit application documents and specimens directly to headquarters and have them apply.The fee may be paid in cash, or by bank transfer in advance and you may have documents to prove the transfer.
Ｂ．Method to apply by mail, consignment
Even if you send application documents and specimens by mail / consignment, you will receive the application. However, in this case, in principle, the inspection fee shall be bank transfer, and enclose the document that proves the transfer.If this is your first time, please make sure to pay the fee after confirming that you can accept the test.
In addition, methods such as return of the specimen after completion of the test and delivery of a document (pass certificate) showing the test result conform to the applicant’s request, but the cost will be borne by the applicant.
３．Conduct of test
Certification examinations and inspections are carried out by qualified inspectors with fairness and speed as their motto in accordance with the quality control system of our National Certification Department.
