Letter of attorney

The letter of attorney does not have a specific format, but please describe the following contents.

• Delegator (corporate name, position / name of representative)
• Delegator’s seal or signature
• Delegate (corporate name, position / name of representative)
• Delegate’s seal or signature
• Terms of reference

• The delegator or(and) the delegate of seal or signature on the letter of attorney must be identical to those of the application form.
• The power of letter may be in English. If it is not Japanese or English, please add a translation.
